Syrian Government Regains Control Damascus Water Plant.
The Damascus water plant is now operational under Syrian government. The claim is that the rebel groups took over the water plant. That may be true although they say that they didn't. The Rebel groups are the ones pushing for democracy in the country so it is possible it was propaganda or ISIS, only time will tell.
